1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of our services. By requesting a quote or accepting work, you agree to these terms. Our terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by Liam Airconditioning and Home Maintenance are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes.

3. Appointments and Access

We agree on appointment dates and times in advance. Please ensure safe access to the work area. We may reschedule if access is unavailable or unsafe.

4. Deposits and Payments

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the job. Outstanding balances must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the job. Payments accepted via EFT or cash only. Late payments may result in additional charges.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 6-month labour warranty completed by LIAM Airconditioning and Home Maintenance. Warranty does not cover misuse, customer-supplied materials, or work done by other contractors. All newly installed aircons must be serviced within 8-12 months with LIAM Airconditioning and Home Maintenance for warranty purposes

6. MATERIALS, PARTS & MACHINES

Materials, parts, machines and additional components required for jobs are charged separately unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on supplier costs. No warranty applies to customer-supplied parts.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a call-out fee. If work has already begun or parts/materials have already been purchased, the customer will be liable for the costs incurred. Delivery of service times is subject to change, the reasons being, but not limited to: supplier availability/stock, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed of any delays.

8.Refunds

Deposits paid for work where materials have already been purchased are not refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed with the balance after costs have been incurred.

9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

All promotions and discounts are subject to Terms & Conditions. Discounts and promotions cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers. Discounts and promos are not valid on call-out fees. LIAM Airconditioning and Home Maintenance reserves the right to withdraw discounts or promotions at any time.

10. PENSIONERS DISCOUNT - EVERY WEDNESDAY

10% OFF all services every Wednesday for pensioners aged 60 and above. Valid ID is required to confirm the customer's name and age. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. The best available discount will apply. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A 50% deposit and confirmation of the job on a Wednesday is required for the discount to apply.

LIAM Airconditioning and Home Maintenance reserves the right to limit or withdraw this offer at any time.

11. REFERRAL DISCOUNT

Receive 5% OFF your next job when referring a new customer. Referral customer must be a new client who has not used our services before. Referrer must provide their name and contact details at the time of the new booking. Discount is only awarded once the referred job is completed and paid in full. Referral discount is valid for 6 months only. Discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

LIAM Airconditioning and Home Maintenance reserves the right to verify referrals and decline misuse.
